"We have been with John from about the time he started on the end of Oakwood Ave in Troy, NY. From our first encounter John has more like a friend then just an Insurance Agent. Through all the years he and his staff have always found solutions to help us in any insurance matter. It has always been a pleasure to vist or call his office and be treated in a friendly manner by all in the staff. As an aside, I had the pleasure to work with his daughter a few times when she was going to school, and, she is just like him. Recently I had the pleasurable experience to talk with Glenda on the phone. She was very cheery and knowledgeable. I know John has been extremely fortunitae to have the staff he's had, some have moved on to open thier own agencies.
